    We had a comfortable stay at this hip new hotel. Everything was perfect, MARVELLOUS location close to downtown, the staff were amiable. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful with quality of food and options from almost all major cuisines of the world, as example to choose from.

    It was a good place to stay in.. I am a member of Rotana Loyalty programme and I always prefer to stay in one of their hotels. There is a consistency in their standards.

    Swimming pool is very small for a '5' stars hotel.

    Great Stay with Room for Improvement

    I spent 3 nights in a spacious king room, enjoying good Iraqi dishes at the restaurant, thanks to the amazing service from Mr Hadi. I found the breakfast options lacking, particularly for Turkish cuisine. A little attention to the air-conditioning would go a long way!

    The staff were very knowlegable and courteous. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.Breakfast was well presented and an overall pleasant experience.

    There are building works all round the hotel. Whilst they do not encroach on the peace of the hotel, they do intrude from a vista and external ambiance perspective.
